Buyer Policy

Below are the policies and conditions to follow by the Buyers at CraftShopsIndia.com (CSI)

  • General legal terms will apply for online purchase at Craft Shops India (CSI)
  • CSI is a market place where various sellers are selling their products through our medium and we are the company who collecting & transferring money to one to another. There is not other such interest or promotion of any other beneficial claimed by buyer.
  • Buyer must agree with seller commercial terms before buying such as delivery and shipping, time extension or variation in product size / style / color any other such things.
  • For every purchase there will be a payment process required, without payment seller will not deliver any item.
  • Buyer have to complete accurate billing and shipping address with proper contact details such as landline phone, mobile or email, so that in case seller or CSI can contact you for the proper communication, this will help both of us be transparent
  • Buyer cannot contact Seller or Store directly outside the website world
  • Buyer have to fill the feebback form once the order is completed, this will helpful for us seller to make necessary changes in product or services for better customer experience
  • For any dispute / problem / issue with store / seller, buyer have to inform CSI via phone or email with all possible details, CSI will always try to solve the disputes.
  • CSI is not responsible for any issue with product, store/seller who is 100% responsible for it and any legal or law related matter can be directly solve with store or buyer.
  • CSI is associated with Axis Bank & PayU for online payment collections via Debit / Credit cards, Net Banking,  PayU & Axis bank will accept only valid Credit / Debit cards & PayU will provide online Net Banking facility across site
  • CSI have various payments options available, which can be differ from one to other, generally it can be Credit / Debit card transaction, Net Banking or NEFT / Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer, Cash on Delivery
  • Buyer will get notifications for the payment made for each transaction, either success or fail
  • For security or safety, CSI has full rights to refuse any order or payment without giving any reason
  • Cash on Delivery(COD) order can be place & delivery time for COD will be 7 to 12 working days
  • Once COD order confirmed by Buyer over email or phone, it can not be cancel & if buyer wants to cancel then buyer have to pay 20% of the order amount
  • COD is only available after certain order amount & it has nominal charges up to certain order amount, it can be Free as well, it will show with your order at time of checkout
  • Any false data / document or information can result as a failed order or payment.
  • If buyer gave incorrect shipping details & parcel returned, for such situation buyer has to pay additional shipping charges for redelivery of the item(s).
  • CSI have full rights to change its payment process or alter payment methods or limit of transactions per user / order or refuse to receive payments for certain reasons and so on.
  • Any additional charges or penalty issued by bank transaction will be manage or beared by either party, this will be commonly solve by both parties (buyer & store).
  • Delivery or Shipping is purely manage by each store and store will update the tracking information for buyers to track order items.
  • If order has more than one store items then each store will update their product wise tracking information, and buyer can view product wise tracking info.
  • Standard delivery time will be 5 to 10 workings, any further delay, store will directly notify via email or call.
  • If buyer cancel before shipping the item(s) then full refund will be given else 20% will be deducted from the ordered amount & buyer have to bear the return courier charges
  • For refund on order, there should be proper reason or photograph for broken/damage item & it should within 12 hrs once order received
  • If buyer wants to cancel the order after delivery without any reason, 20% will be deducted from the ordered amount & buyer have to bear the return courier charges, no question ask.
  • Credit / Debit Card refunds will take 15 to 25 working days time, depend on bank to bank
  • Bank Transfered or Chq Deposite or NEFT Refunds will take 7 to 10 working days, depends on bank to bank
  • If buyer fails to receive the ordered items on time given, then buyer should inform the CSI team immediately and CSI will investigate the matter and keep updating the buyer, if any problem from store end, CSI will immediately take action against the store and will refund the order amount to Buyer.
